Bengal developed and implemented the SAFETY PAY$ Program in an effort to raise t he level of safety awareness and professional performance in our employees. This is a monthly incentive program that rewards individual employees for their achievement toward putting safety first, along with compliance and performance. It has been shown time and again that a reward given soon after a behavior is measured has a tremendous impact on the morale of the employees. This will also serve as encouragement for the employees to work safely, and they will consciously want to do the right thing.
